My Statement

I paint about the beauty of change, inspired by my life itself.
Change in nature creates beauty, and the beauty created within me by the experience of the different stages of life, is expressed through my paintings.
I carefully trace my emotions in each line and leave traces of the pure white canvas untouched that emulates the simplicity of the emptiness often felt within me.
The process of impressing my cocooned memories of life which are in constant change, nourishes my soul. Only then I feel I have overtly told my stories and kept them safe in my paintings, where they dwell to be relived by the observer.
Holding on to my past, and sometimes letting go, I dream of tomorrow…
I personify my paintings with the short-lived butterfly trapped in the cycle of change, expressing the beauty of development in my life.
